Everyone. Welcome back to Underreported Stories, where I cover the news that CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News failed to report on or don't report on. Enough. And I feel like I did a good job of giving my whole, like, energy to that opening, but I'm not gonna lie. I'm, like getting on here a little bit pissed off and I'm trying to contain it and I'm gonna explain why. As you guys know, I live in Nashville and if you didn't, now you know. Music City, yay, love it. Okay?

And the weird part about me living in Nashville is that everyone just assumes I've kinda got a little bit of understanding about the music scene here and I do a little bit, but I am actually a lot more steeped into the comedy realm in the city because one of my guy friends who's really become, like, a big brother to my husband and I, he's a producer on a bunch of different comedy specials and, like, works with a bunch of different comedians, most notably, Jeff Dye.

You guys definitely know who Jeff Dye is. You've probably seen him on Fox News. Greg Gutfeld, he's been on this channel before. And generally speaking, if you're a conservative on social media, his comedy has probably passed you in some capacity. And as somebody who knows him offline, really nice person, like a genuinely good, funny person and he recently put out his new comedy special called Last Cowboy in LA. And my friend, Chris, is the one who produced it. I saw it live.

I sat in the audience. It was hilarious. Seriously, I was belly laughing. I haven't belly laughed that loud at a comedy special or anything comedy related since I saw Bert Kreisler's The Machine, which, if you don't know, go look it up. It's, like, so dumb, but I love dumb comedy as my favorite kind of comedy. And this wasn't I wouldn't call it very controversial. It was comedy from a Christian conservative person. But it's not like, I don't know, wildly controversial or anything. It's funny.

It's comedy. Of course, it's like a little outside the box. And what's happening is the comedy special is being suppressed on YouTube. So, apparently, if you're not logged in and you type in Jeff's name and then, like, Jeff Dye Comedy Special, if you type that in, it doesn't pop up and not only that, it won't show you the thumbnail of the comedy special, which is a blue background with Jeff Dye's face on it that just says Last Cowboy in LA. Like, it's it's not controversial at all.

It literally has warnings on it that censor people from watching the video and I just have to assume it's because the guy is conservative. Because if you go on YouTube or you watch any comedy special from a female liberal comedian, you get to listen to that bitch talk about her vagina all day. There's no censorship on that but Jeff makes jokes about how trans people are a little weird and that's gotta be censored? It's pathetic.

And then, YouTube is gonna do it under the guise of, well, there's profanity. I'm sorry. There's profanity? Welcome to literally everything. That doesn't mean it gets censored. That's YouTube. If you think Jeff Dye saying the f word is the worst thing you're gonna see on YouTube that day, I just think the whole thing is pathetic. And if the same words, the same jokes were put on by some sort of liberal comedian, I don't think this censorship would happen.

So, I say all of that to say, I'm irritated because it's something that's happening to friends. But also, when you're done with today's show or next week when it's Thanksgiving and there's not a lot of YouTube content out there, go watch Jeff's special. Okay? I'm gonna link it in the description below. It's really, really funny. And and I've got actually I've got a small little cameo in the first minute of the video. So if you catch it, tag me in the comments.

Okay. Anyway, before we get into underreported stories for the day, I wanna talk about one of the big stories of the day in my opinion. And that is the disagreement that is happening over a Georgia judge's decision to give the illegal immigrant who brutally killed 22 year old nursing student, Lake in Riley, life without parole. Now, there are, obviously, those advocates for illegal immigrants who are just, like, against the prison system, I'm not talking about their arguments. Okay?

They're stupid people. There are 3 legitimate competing thoughts on what was supposed to happen to get justice for Lake and Riley. I'm gonna explain the 3 and then I want you to let me know in the comments which one you agree with most. 1st, Jose Abara deserves the death penalty for what he did. Now, it is worth noting that the death penalty was never on the table. It wasn't like this was the judge's decision. The prosecutors in this case did not go for the death penalty.

Usually, I will note, again, it's easier for a jury to convict when they think they're convicting somebody to a jail cell as opposed to killing them. There's something psychologically that makes it more difficult for a jury to convict if that individual is being put up for the death sentence. And, in order to ensure that peep people go to jail for their crimes, prosecutors may choose not to seek the death penalty. And, that's exactly what happened in this instance.

But, I think the resounding pushback I have heard is that the prosecutors are woke for doing this and they should have gone for the death penalty. This guy doesn't deserve to live. 2nd, the second theory, I think is best articulated by people like Savannah Hernandez. If you don't know who she is, she's a journalist on X. She works with me over at Turning Point USA when we're we're both contracted over there. And, she absolutely asked the question, why are we still footing the bill for this guy?

As a taxpayer, we had to use our taxpayer money to fly this illegal immigrant into Georgia, where he committed this crime, from New York. Why are we still having to foot the bill for this murderer? Why why is this Jose Abara should be deported tomorrow. He shouldn't even have the privilege of breathing the same air as imprisoned Americans. By the way, that's my exaggeration, not Svanas. But, either way, that is kind of the second argument that we should deport him for his crimes.

And the third theory is that the sentence of life without parole is actually just because if we deported Jose Abara back to Venezuela, we cannot guarantee he'll live out a life sentence there or that he won't try to get back into America to hurt people again. Hey, Harp. Harper's here on set today. He's been really loving to get in the videos lately. I don't know what it is. I think he knows we're leaving for our honeymoon and so he has come to get all the cuddles from mommy.

Anyway, I gave you all of the 3 theories plus a little rant about Harper, but my feelings on all of this are twofold because my emotions say, support his ass. Bye. Get out of this country. Like, I mean it when I say you don't even deserve to breathe the same air as the criminals in America. For real.

But at the same time, when I logically look at it, which is what this show is based in, we are always based in logic, I know that keeping a heartless human in confinement and perpetuity is probably the smartest thing to do. Now, I think the real smartest thing to do would have been to seek the death penalty and to have convicted him of the death penalty. But with that off the table, I think the sentencing was just. But, you let me know your thoughts. Which theory do you align with most?

I feel like most people will agree with me. But I don't know. I've been kinda off with you guys about what you are all feeling, specifically when it came to Matt Gaetz, but I am done talking about that guy. For real. I don't wanna talk about him anymore. It's it's causing a little rift between us and I don't need that before the holidays. Okay? Anyway, let's get into our docket for today. Here is what we got going on for the rest of the show in terms of underreported stories.

We have a TikToker threatening a congresswoman for introducing legislation that bars biological men from using the women's bathroom on Capitol Hill. Biden has been awfully quiet but he did do something. He just awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the former head of Planned Parenthood. Plus, I wanna get your take on this viral vegan wedding story. So let's get into all of that. Without further ado, let's get into the 5 underreported stories that you need to know.

Today's show is brought to you by Based, my merch line. If you didn't know this already, I'm an independent creator, and the best way to support this show is by purchasing my merch line that represents your views. Instead of just asking you guys for donations to fund my independent journalism, my business partner and I created a line of merch called Based Apparel. Based means you are the opposite of woke. It means you're based in logic, you're based in truth, you're based in facts. You get it.

You have definitely heard in some capacity how congresswoman Nancy Mace introduced legislation that bars biological men from entering the women's bathroom after a transgender, we're gonna call them a congressperson, was elected to office.

Now, this has inspired some intense backlash from the left and that's to be expected from the political left but this is not just coming from the political left but the mega online activist left and it has gone so far as to make threats against Nancy Mace's life. Now, 2 videos I wanna show you but only one I actually can. One video is of a individual on TikTok going absolutely berserk and we're gonna pull that up. 2nd, I would encourage you to go watch this video.

It's available on X in your own time. There are unhinged people calling Nancy Mace's staffers up and threatening their life. Okay? So, this has gone beyond just the Congresswoman and to the individuals that work for her, getting their life threatened over this. So let's watch this insane Looney Tunes TikToker. This video goes out to congresswoman Nancy Mace.

Congresswoman Nancy Mace, I hope that one day I do find you in that woman's bathroom and I grab your ratty looking fucking hair and drag your face down to the floor while I repeatedly bash it in until the blood's everywhere, and you're dead. Thank you. I hope, that Nancy Mace receives this message well. Kisses. The tolerant left, everyone. It's not tolerant at all. What's been really odd to watch this is the left's pushback has been resoundingly. What are women so afraid of?

And then, at the same time, I just wanna show them this video and be like, did you miss the part of the video where someone said they were going to delete a congresswoman because they have different views? That's what women are afraid of. Those kind of people coming into spaces and I've been hearing this argument, oh, well, legislation isn't gonna stop this. People will just come into the women's bathroom and do what they wanna do. Isn't it nice to just have some sort of barrier to it?

Because it's creepy. It's creepy. And it's it's always interesting to me because men are not advocating against women being in their spaces because it's it's not the same threat. Women are under attack. We can't even call ourselves women. It's the most deranged thing to think that someone like the person we just watched belongs at the same restroom as us. It's weird.

And I actually don't even so much as blame people, like, the Left loves to do this and even some on the Right will be like, well, we did we did kinda like go after them. Like, we did start this culture. No. No. No. You get insane response videos like this because the the media on the left and I say media broadly speaking, I'm talking about TikTokers, influencers, left wing media, culture warriors, etcetera.

Their narrative is that bathroom bills telling a trans person no is a threat to that person's humanity. I say, oh, fuck no. A biological male is not facing the threat of life because that person can't do their shits or take a piss in a biologically female space. They might not like it, it might hurt their feelings, but that is not a threat to their life. And I I know. I can already hear the debate back and forth.

Well, they don't feel validated, therefore, they feel they'll commit unaliving of themselves. I have to use it for the algorithm, guys. Yeah. You know what? I don't buy that. If your whole humanity is so fragile that you're gonna threaten to delete yourself because you can't take a shit in a certain spot, no. No. You have underlying problems that a bathroom bill, whether it exists or not, is not gonna help. I don't buy that for one second.

And I think the left needs to stop lying to their own about what issues are actually life threatening and which ones are just disagreements that they don't like. Because in all honesty, this falls into the disagreements category, not the life threatening category for an individual who identifies differently. Okay?

If anything, it's the other way around where women should feel threatened that there are biological men in their spaces because we don't know what type of men are coming in under the guise of being women and it's uncomfortable. Okay?

I remember, there was one guy that came in to actually, ironically, there was a guy at the Jeff Dye Comedy Special Taping that I was at and I could not tell if this person was a dude or a woman or what this person was, but they were in the women's bathroom and it was uncomfortable. And I didn't say anything but I don't know how to describe. It just makes me feel uncomfortable. I don't want it. Why do I have to worry about it?

Like, this is just the dumbest thing and so, I just don't like this idea. I mean, that's been the resounding message of this whole podcast thus far. I don't wanna feel unsafe for the right of the pretend right of some illegal immigrant or to make the feelings of some individual with a mental illness feel better. That's not my job. I just want to go to the bathroom at peace. Fuck. Is that so hard? I feel like I'm feel like I'm preaching here. Anyway, let's move on to our next story.

Our next story kinda surprised me. The Los Angeles City Council passed a new sanctuary city ordinance in the wake of Trump's mass deportation plan. Now, it's not surprising because they passed this. They're a bunch of shitheads. Of course, they're gonna pass this. I was surprised that LA wasn't already a sanctuary city. That was what was surprising to me. So we have some reporting here from the Daily Caller.

Honestly, in full disclosure, pretty much all of our reporting today is from The Daily Caller except for our final story is from the New York Post. Everything in The Daily Caller is just kinda crushing it on the news this part of the week. But, like I said, the Los Angeles City Council approved an ordinance designating the city as a sanctuary city. The council voted unanimously aligning LA with the numerous cities across the US that have adopted similar policies.

Now, my big question here for you guys is, well, at least for Democrats, not for you guys, is like, how is this Democratic? This article came out November 19th which is like 2 or not even 3 full weeks past the election. We just had an election where something like this, should we make our city a sanctuary city, could have been put as a ballot measure on the ballot.

Instead, what's happening here is that a bunch of a handful of people at the, on the city council have decided that the people of LA don't get to decide whether their city is a sanctuary city, they're just gonna decide for you. Which, usually I would say, okay, it aligns with LA, LA wants this, but the people of LA just voted against all of this anti law enforcement agenda put on by Democrats. Look at what they did with George Gascon.

He was the very far left progressive DA attached to George Soros, far left guy. He was booted out of office by a more moderate individual named Nathan Hoffman. This is incredibly strange to me that they would do it in such an undemocratic way but, again, the projection of the democrats is so intense. They love to project this idea that republicans are anti democracy when they take every opportunity to be anti democratic and this is yet another example.

They're doing all of this because, of course, Trump has named Tom Homan as his borders are. And if you haven't already seen my episode, I believe I titled it something along the lines of I talked to the new borders are. Here's what the media isn't telling you. Feel free to go watch that video.

It's a good video because I actually got to sit down with Tom Homan and ask him questions and I give you some insight into all of that but, really, what the media are trying to do and what the city council in Los Angeles is trying to do is try to paint a fake picture of what mass deportations look like. They don't look like getting all of these individuals, these illegal immigrants, getting them with a net and just rounding them up in the middle of the night.

It is a much more humane process and is a more paperwork heavy process than you would imagine, but it has to start somehow. I don't know, also, how much this differs from existing Los Angeles City Council ordinances because my understanding is that LA wasn't really working with the federal immigration authorities anyway. Not that they really existed much under Biden. But, I don't think this really changes much for LA.

However, the only thing I will note is that this whole report coming out the week of, of Lake and Riley's trial is really tone deaf. They're arguing, the city council, that this is a crime problem for them, if that makes sense. Like, they think that, or sorry. Not a crime problem. They argue that this is, like a workforce problem or something, which are kinda the same arguments that people make all across the country.

And then to have an illegal immigrant so brutally, like, just so public in the headlines, why now? It just seemed really tone deaf to do it. I don't know. I can't explain it. It's just a feeling I have that it's a tone deaf look. But let me know if you agree in the comments. Moving on. Joe Biden has been pretty much silent since Trump won the election. I guess he he did that handing of power transition meeting with Trump, but that's kinda it.

And while we were all while we're not paying attention to him, Joe decided what he was gonna do is award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the former head of Planned Parenthood who oversaw 1,000,000 of abortions. I like how this headline was written, Catholic Joe Biden Awards Medal to former Planned Parenthood head. Now, what's really interesting is this woman, her name is Cecile Richard. She was praised for her quote, courage and fearlessness in America towards being a nation of freedom.

Oh my gosh. It's exhausting the way these people talk. But, the statistics are obviously interesting to my nerd brain but the investigation to this woman is also incredibly interesting. So she oversaw at least 3,800,000 abortions during her 12 years as the head of Planned Parenthood and this is what Joe Biden had to say about her. Today, I had the honor of awarding Cecile Richards the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

With absolute courage, she fearlessly leads us forward to be the America we say we are. A nation of freedom. Now, here's what's so interesting about all the courage and freedom she gave. Yeah. She stepped down from her position as the head of Planned Parenthood back in 2018 after a federal investigation revealed Planned Parenthood was allegedly illegally harvesting and selling parts from aborted babies.

Okay. Earlier this year, she announced that she had been battling the same form of brain cancer that killed Biden's son in 2015. Very sad. Obviously, super sad. No one wants to see that and I'm not advocating for that at all. However, I don't know if we should be giving presidential medals of freedom to individuals who may have overseen the harvesting and selling of aborted baby part. Just take. You don't have to agree. But, I feel like most morally people would. Right?

I like this article how it kind of showcases how Biden has This is yet another example of how Biden has pushed back against his own faith.

He's claimed to be this committed Catholic while simultaneously, spending just under $45,000 in taxpayer dollars on, for military members to get abortions, plus weaponizing the FBI and the DOJ against Catholics and pro life advocates, labeling them as, quote, potential domestic terrorists, and then, obviously, doing this, aligning himself with a woman who is so anti Catholic in what her mission in life to do is. I don't understand how you can call yourself a Catholic.

I don't understand how you can square that circle. It does not make sense to me. If you are non religious, I get it. Like, I understand your point of view. If you are religious and you are a practicing religious person, you're either a hypocrite or you're blind and not in like the actual blind way, just like a dumb blind, you know? Ignorant is the word I should use to describe this.

My other problem with this is that I think politicians, and this is left and right, they need to redefine what courage is because it's not courageous to advocate for something that is unfortunately popular in society. There are men and women out there who are actually deserving of such an honor, but instead, we give it to a woman who allowed her organization to allegedly engage in criminal behavior. That's so dumb but it's so typical democrat, right, to ruin the meaning of words.

They do it with legitimate things like racism and sexism. No. They belittle that and, now, if you actually want to address racism or address sexism, you've now made that like a woke thing and it's frustrating because there are real instances of racism and sexism that don't actually get the play that they deserve because those words don't mean anything anymore. They lower the bar. Words that used to mean something don't mean the same thing.

And that's exactly what I think they're doing with courage. It's not courageous to advocate for baby murdering. That is not the same thing as men and women overseas fighting for our actual freedoms. Okay? You can't compare the 2. I just want a redefinition of the word courage. I don't want courage to be associated with doing what's trending and cool. That's not courageous. That's the freaking opposite of courageous. That's just you following what the people want you to do. I don't get that.

Truly. I don't. And I've I've seen the right do it too. So I'm not just throwing lobs at my political opponents. Like, let's give courage awards to people who actually are courageous. It's not courageous to be the head of Planned Parenthood. I'm sorry. It's not. Congratulations. You're probably wildly popular amongst some of the most elite human beings in the entire world. You're privileged beyond compare. You're not courageous. Okay? I don't get that.

Anyway, let's move on because this next story is wild to me. I feel like you guys that love the education stories and have always tuned in for those, you're gonna love this story too. So stick with me. The Chinese government is advertising a summer camp for Chinese American children, so kids that are ethnically Chinese but they live in America.

The CCP is advertising these route building camps that offers these ethnically Chinese kids to come to China and immerse themselves in Chinese language and Chinese culture. Which you would think off the bat were it not for the CCP doing this. Good. You know, kids should have understanding of where they're from and the language and the culture. They live in America. It's kind of a melting pot and we don't necessarily hold on to all the same traditions. Right?

Well, the problem here is that the summer camp is actually just a way for the CCP to teach little kids how to act like quote, overseas Chinese police. That is a quote. That is not my language. That is the summer camp's language. It is wild. I already know that I'm gonna butcher so many words in this because I don't speak Mandarin. I'm not gonna get these words right. So I'm gonna try my best.

But reporting from Philip Lewinsky is that how I say it's like, Lansinski, I he's a nice guy, I've met him once or twice but colleague former colleague, friend over at The Daily Caller wrote, thousands of American kids are being sent to camps run by a Chinese influence and intelligence agency that promotes CCP propaganda and trains some children to act like, quote, little overseas Chinese police.

The government advertises the route seeking summer camp in China and then brings these children over to be part of a Chinese influence and intelligence operation. The program not only exposes participants as young as 10 years old to a bunch of Chinese Communist Party propaganda, but some even operate like boot camps run by the People's Liberation Army which is their military over there and Ministry of Public Security. If you see these social media posts, they're wild.

So, the DCNF, the Daily Caller News Foundation, found multiple examples of Chinese American children attending these camps. In August of 2016, over 50 kids from US, Canada, and Portugal and other countries participated in this 8 day camp in and around the city in, one of China's eastern provinces.

Among other activities, the social media posts state that children trained at the National Defense Education, which is roughly 62 62 acre military base featuring obstacle courses and field combat training areas. Oh my gosh. Like, these kids are not this is supposed to be about immersing themselves in the language and the culture and being proud of their heritage. I don't think becoming a soldier as like a 10 year old has anything to do with appreciating your country.

Even if you were to have an American summer camp where you eat hot dogs, celebrate America and how much you love the country no part of that is like a military training that's weird that's military training camp that is separate from the culture and the language, but that does not add up. Okay? This is so crazy. The following year, campers from the US and the UK donned matching green shirts and camo shorts during 2 days of military training. Okay?

The children were marching, saluting, doing push ups and standing at parade at parade rest under the watchful eye of People's Liberation Army. Imagine being a China Chinese Tiger Mom, sending your kid to this like language camp and they come back just yolked for a 10 year old, doing push ups and understanding how to be part of the People's Liberation Army because they bought into Chinese Communist Party propaganda. That is not what you do.

Also, along with learning the drills, the kids also were familiarized, beginning in kindergarten, with toy weapons including knives, rifles, grenades, mortars, and shoulder fired missiles. I'm gonna pull this tweet up just to show you guys what it looks like. I'm not gonna play the audio. Let's see if I can get this more. Oh, I don't know if yeah. You can see this. This is wild. Look at these little kids. They're like little kids. This is not a a language immersion anything.

If you're in the listening audience, you gotta come over to YouTube to view this. These kids are, like, running through rings. They're in little military outfits practicing running over hurdles. They've got fake toy guns. This would send any liberal into a freaking hailspin and the kids are, like, celebrating by throwing their guns up in the air. This is this is nutty. What is happening? That whole thing made me think of that Taiwanese man that says, Donald Trump, don't trust China.

China is asshole. China is asshole. Okay? They are, for real. And that clearly indicates that they have no problem going after young American ethnically Chinese kids in order to push their agenda on the world. But, anyway, I wanna get to our final story which I don't even know if I would call this an underreported story so much as just something I wanna talk about because it's nutty. It's nutty. So I just realized that there's a spider on one of my lights.

Okay. I wanna try and focus on finishing this show and get it after. It's gross. Okay. Speaking of gross, what a great transition. Speaking of yuck. So Speaking of yuck. So, this story, allegedly, is that a bride and her groom had $15,000 menu that was ultimately upstaged after guests bought pizza because these vegan couples thought it would be a good idea to give everybody vegan food.

So, a bride posted on Reddit that her and her fiance spent $15,000 on a gourmet 5 course meal that just happened to be vegan. They say it just happened to be vegan even though the bride and the groom are both vegan. So, obviously, obviously, the whole thing is vegan. If you usually, there's options on these as well. Right? Like, you can pick the steak or the chicken. The fish or the do you know what I mean? Why was there no option here? I found that to be odd.

And then, the post goes on to say, after the dinner, once it was done, the bride's brother and cousins brought in 20 large pizzas and started distributing them to the guests and the guests loved it. Now, I have two takes on this. 1st, like, don't you have late night food? That's very common at weddings nowadays to have late night.

So I find it odd that you were gonna have like a huge vegan meal and then not have anything that was anything that was different even late night for people that might not like that? Come on. If you have a large group of people, enough that warrants 20 large pizzas, I find that to be odd. And then, also, why why did the brother how did the brother how did the family not know about this beforehand and stop it?

According to the bride, her her new mother-in-law posted to Facebook about all of this and said that her son's wedding was quote, Saved by pizza because the bride tried to force everyone to eat rabbit food. And then, the bride claimed she spent the night crying in the bathroom. Oh my gosh. So I brought this story up because I just had my wedding, like, a month and a half ago, and I am a normal person. So we had a taco bar at our wedding because buffets at weddings are extremely underrated.

You cannot change my mind on that. Also, you can just take whatever you want, you know. You like, you wanna be a vegan, you can be a vegan at the taco bar. Right? I do feel like if your wedding, the whole night, hinged on whether people liked the vegan food or not And people came in with pizzas. Are you really focusing on the right things on the day you're getting married? Married people, will you pipe up for me? Brides, pipe up for me.

Because plenty of random things, I would say, went wrong, quote unquote, at my wedding and I just, like, didn't care because all I wanted to do was hang up with my husband, not force veganism on everyone. I find that to be so odd. Also, if someone ordered food to my wedding after the taco bars and the, hot dogs that we had for late night, okay, like, go ahead. Why would that bother me? I'm busy. I have other things to do at my wedding other than ensure that everybody is happy with my vegan food.

Do you know what I mean? It's just weird. The whole thing strikes me as odd but I say all that because I really want you guys to let me know, if you showed up to a wedding and found out that the menu was vegan, what would you do? I think I would have ordered pizza too, honestly. Maybe I wouldn't have ordered it to the wedding venue. I'm a nice person. I would probably like go get it after but I think I would definitely do it. Anyway, alright guys. That's all I've got.

I'm off for my honeymoon starting tomorrow. So no show next week, Tuesday and obviously, Thursday because of Thanksgiving. I have some videos for you guys on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday that will be available next week on YouTube Rumble X or Facebook, so be sure to subscribe, get notified, and you'll have access to those. If you're a real one and you made it to the end of today's show, will you drop the pizza emoji because that last story, man, that was interesting.

Anyway, drop comments, and I will talk to you guys in 2 weeks. Enjoy your Thanksgiving. Thanks so much for watching.
