Emily reports live from Black Lives Matter Plaza outside the White House, where demolition crews are spending the next 6-8 weeks removing the art installation the city installed in 2020, during the protests over the death of George Floyd. Republicans threatened to take federal funding away from DC over the plaza, after which the city’s Democratic mayor decided to remove it.
