Episode description

His plans for the new San Quentin Rehabilitation Center focus on rehabilitation, job training, and improved relationships between staff and residents. The governor hopes that the changes at San Quentin will spread across California prisons.

We're kicking off the third season of Uncuffed with a story about an unlikely step toward that culture change, involving nets, sweatbands, and paddles.
