#19 : Create a strong client onboarding process
Episode description
The interactions your audience has with you from the moment they first send you a message, to the day they show up for their coaching session, is all a part of onboarding. Your goal should be to make it easy to communicate with you, get the info they need, and have clarity about next steps. When you start your coaching relationship strong, it truly makes your client feel like they are in qualified hands and it puts them in the right frame of mind to do the work!
