Episode description
So a theme I’m keen to explore with my guest today is the power of community, particularly today when we are more and more disconnected in person, but hyperconnected online. How do we get the best of all worlds, and is this possible.
Joining me on this week's UNBiased to explore the power of community and how we can hit the sweet spot of integrating online and offline worlds, is my guest, Rohan Bilimoria.
Rohan is an international lawyer whose career has spanned the globe with market leading Magic Circle and US law firms and Fortune 500 companies across London, Moscow, New Delhi, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney.
He is the Founder of Law Ninjas, a global community for lawyers which started as a what’s app group with 10 in-house lawyers back in 2017. Today it has transformed into a community for thousands of lawyers and law students around the world. Law Ninjas has conducted free workshops for over 60 law schools, received Businessworld’s Legal Entrepreneur of the Year Award, launched a new platform at lawninjas.co, hosted 9 General Counsel Summits in India, Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom, and is continuing to grow at an exponential rate.
In this episode, Rohan shares:
The significance of aligning career choices with personal purpose and navigating professional transitions with intent
How hybrid work and networking is reshaping the future of law and why adaptability is key to thriving in this shift
His personal journey, trials and triumphs and how they’ve influenced Rohan’s approach to success and personal growth, and how his learnings can help all of us on our own trajectories.
