My guest today is someone who truly brings her absolute whole self to everything she does, I'm joined by Krystle McGilvery.

Krystle is an award-winning Founder of Mind Over Money, a finance training and education consultancy, she is a Behavioural Finance specialist, Podcaster, Mentor, and Coach. Krystle combines finance and psychology to improve financial decision-making, confidence, and wellbeing. She has worked with the likes of Equifax, Moonpig, and AllBright. Krystle comes to us from the UK and she’s appeared on ITV, been featured in several papers such as the Telegraph, on Refinery29, and on BBC Radio. Krystle is also the Board Director of several charities, a Chartered Accountant, and Mental Health First Aider.

Krystle shares openly about her journey to entrepreneurship success as a neuro-divergent, black woman, and how she leverages her differences to help other "others" reach a state of financial wellbeing.
