Episode description

Disclaimer: this is NOT a sponsored episode! We were so excited to have the opportunity to attend an advance screening of the breathtaking film, Minari. Minari is a movie written and directed by Lee Isaac Chung and starring Steven Yuen, Han Ye-Ri, Young Yuh-jung, Alan S. Kim, Noel Cho and Will Patton. It's a film that centres around a Korean immigrant family chasing the American dream. Throughout Minari are elements of family, perseverance and strength. Although, we are both not Korean-American, we absolutely resonated with the film's heart and appreciated the beautiful cinematography and score. Being huge supporters of Asian representation and arts, we highly recommend that you go out to your local cinemas and support this film! We were not paid to record this episode, however want to say a massive thank you to Madman Entertainment for giving us the opportunity to witness such a powerful and moving movie. In this conversation, we've only scratched the surface. If you'd like to continue the conversation, please message us. We'd love to hear from you, feel free to slide into our dms on instagram: @unapologeticallyazn or send us an email: [email protected] See you in tomorrow's episode and hope you enjoyed this bonus one! Much love, ♥︎ Thuy and Tiana (UA ✌︎) ✨Music by the talented Joakim Karud✨ •Say Goodnight •Soundcloud •Spotify
