In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Sean Botha. He has an important message to share: How to listen more deeply and become more present with your life and what surrounds you.

Dr. Sean Botha hails from Pretoria, South Africa. He is the founder & director of HSBothaProductions, in Sydney, Australia. Sean is a music composer, storyteller and researcher. He created "The Listen Program” during his doctoral research into sound and stillness at Western Sydney University, Australia, between 2015 and 2020. His work includes 28 years’ experience in the health industry, music performance and creating immersive sound worlds. His music background stretches over 37 years and includes classical guitar, piano and composing skills. Sean is passionate about the relationship between sound & stillness, physics, and communication. His research has given him a deeper understanding of the fundamental processes of communication, specifically, listening and the need to help people realign with their own unique listening process.
