Pediatric Peritonsillar Abscess

For peritonsillar abscesses, sometimes you need imaging to make the diagnosis clear. Many turn to CT, but ultrasound offers an appealing alternative. A transcervical approach can be used which is likely less uncomfortable than the intra-oral method.
