I have known Nichola for the last 6 or so months from my FB group UK Low Carb and she has been a member of the Wolf Pack taking part in the our extended fasts. Nicola is also a newly minted Public Health Collaboration ambassador. We talked about her plans as a PHC ambassador and her story of gradual metabolic health issues. Really lovely person and enjoyed chatting with Nicola. Please note we had some issues with Zencastr again so I think I'll need to look for a new software, message me if you have any ideas?
