On today's show I am joined by Walter who has been a long time listener of the podcast so I felt it was time he came onto the podcast himself and share his own story of Low Carb. Walter talks about how he discovered low carb when his friend started attending Dr. Atkins Clinic in the 90's and asked him to come along to, how low carb and fasting have helped his health and how he took up drawing which helped him cope with the loss of his Son.
