What a privalege this conversation was. I first met Tracy in person this summer at Kestival and like many I couldn't help but like her.
Tracy shares with me how she had an amazing journey from treatment for a large tumour and the loss of her father to a change in her life with the aid of keto. Like I told her in this conversation - many of us start low carb for the weight loss but stay for the other health benefits and her story is a strong reflection of this.
Now she is a more confident, happy in herself person and I am so happy that I get to share with you her story.
