We're back, well some of us! Some of the Wolf Pack and I met after our first UK Low Carb community Zoom meetings to share our experiences after the extented fast we all took part in two weeks ago. This was the first time that we had chatted since the fast and it looks like we all found the re-feeding a big problem. Next time we all agreed to support each other after the fast so that we can stay healthy while we transition back to eating food again
