I'm going to welcome Doctor Ahmed Malik to the stage and say what a pleasure it is to have you here today. Thank you for coming. Thank you, everybody. Thank you, Brian. Right. So I've actually been up Half Dome as well. It was what we did on our honeymoon. I just want to start by saying thank you to the event organisers. Well done for doing this.
It's not easy. And thank you especially to Debbie Evans for inviting me. And it's a real honour to share this platform with distinguished guests like Sonia Poulton, Bob Moran, Debbie Evans, clear from Lawyers of the Light. When I, when I was asked about 3 weeks ago, you know, can I talk? I was like, yeah, sure. Great. And I, I swear, every day since I've been thinking about what I'm going to talk about, I lie in bed thinking what we're going
to talk about. Did you really want to hear about minimally invasive bunion surgery? Nah, maybe I'll talk about aliens and pyramids. But this isn't a conspiracy convention. This is about conspiracy reality. We're going to talk about facts. So no, I'm not going to talk about aliens and pyramids. I'm actually going to talk about some of the themes that Brian has touched upon. And this is the first time I've met Brian. I haven't talked to him or colluded about what I'm going to
talk about. They have no idea what I'm going to say, but it's it's interesting the topics you've just raised. So first of all, I'd just like to talk about Isaiah 520. Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil that put darkness for light, and light for darkness that put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. You see folks, we are living in the age of inversions where everything that once seemed clear and logical has been
flipped. Morality, nature, biology, and even science has been redefined and some would say corrupted. This inversion is not accidental, it is deliberate. It is essential to understand these inversions so we can make sense of the world and we understand what is wrong. I've talked about some of these inversions on my podcast, but I'm going to highlight a few of them here. Let's take my old domain, medicine. It's not about healing. Maybe it never was.
It's about sickness. It's no longer about curing people, It's managing their diseases for pure naked profit. Let's talk about the justice system, which protects the criminals instead of protecting the innocent. The system Shields the guilty and punishes the whistleblowers and those doing the right thing. Sorry, politicians do not represent or serve the public. They serve the interests of corporations and powerful lobbies. They are selected, not elected. What about regulatory bodies?
They don't protect the public interest, but the corporate interest. The agencies that are supposed to safeguard us, the public, now do the bidding of the industries they're meant to regulate. Let's take the police. They don't protect us from criminals, they entrap the innocent. Law enforcement increasingly targets those who speak out, while actual crime is often ignored. I wouldn't be surprised if there's an undercover cop here or someone from the MI 5.
What about the news? They don't report the news. It propagandises and brainwashes. Mainstream media no longer informs but manipulates, creating narratives to control public perception. Education is not about learning, it's about indoctrination. Critical thinking is discouraged and replaced by ideology and rote conformity. Science does not tolerate questioning. What was once an open field of enquiry is now dogma. We're questioning. The official narrative gets you punished.
Let's take our military. They aren't defending our borders, they're deployed for geopolitical games and feeding the military industrial complex while our borders are left open and vulnerable. Our religious leaders worship the holy vaccine, not God. Churches that should be sanctuaries of the of faith now promote the latest pharmaceutical saviour as gospel truth. And men are now women apparently. And women are men. Wow.
Like wow. Basic biological facts are denied in the name of ideology, confusing and harming future generations. My children are going, dad, what the heck is this? And I'm like, I know the gas of life is now poisoning the planet. Carbon dioxide, fundamental component of life, is now vilified as a deadly pollutant. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. There's even more folks. And if I run out of the list, come and see me at the break and
tell me the ones I've missed. Freedom is now control. The policies that are marketed as promoting freedom are in reality tools for increased surveillance and control over our lives. Censorship is free speech. We need to restrict speech because it's necessary to protect free expression while honest dialogue is stifled. Tolerance is intolerance. The call for tolerance has, paradoxically lead to suppression of any dissenting views, creating a culture of intolerance.
Equality is inequality. The very policies promoting equality often create new forms of discrimination, undermining true meritocracy. When I was younger, it was a little bit hard being at a brown Pakistani son of an immigrant, you know, Muslim. But now the pendulum is swung. If you're a young, white straight lad, you are disadvantaged. This isn't right. Diversity is in fact now uniformity.
The demand for diversity in appearance has led to the suppression of diversity in thought, resulting in ideological conformity. And we can see about the war, which is peace. Let's send more arms to Ukraine. Let's send more arms to Israel, because that will make things more peaceful. Endless military interventions are justified as peacekeeping and introducing democracy, even though they often lead to more chaos and destruction. And who are we? Do we have democracy here in the
West? And victimhood is now power. You claim your victimhood. That becomes a path to social power where grievances hold truth, sway over truth and merit, and truth is now relative. The idea that my truth holds equal weight with objective reality undermines the very concept of universal truth. And then logic is hate. Rational debate and the use of logic are now used as hate speech, leading to the rejection
of reason itself. There's a reason why when we try and debate with her friends and family, they get triggered because they think we're hateful, they think we're bad people. It makes them angry. And charity is now big business. Charitable organisations operate like corporations, funnelling most of their donations to salaries and marketing rather than the just causes. Progress is regress. In the name of progress, we are dismantling the very values and structures that have kept our
societies cohesive and moral. In this age of inversions, it's incredibly confusing and disorientating folks. You can quickly start to question your sanity, especially when all of those around you are losing theirs. This is deliberate. Everything we see today is a calculated part of a much larger plan. And like Brian said, it is a war on our minds. There are many wars against humanity. They're multi pronged, multi directional, and spread across
time. We are poisoned in the womb, at birth, throughout our lives through injections, medications, the food we eat, the air we breathe and the water we drink. Some of these poisons are visible, some of them are invisible, but they're there. EMF, radiation, chemical toxins. Just because we can't see them, taste them, doesn't mean they
don't exist. But the war on our minds is the most dangerous of all, because through indoctrination, intense propaganda, behavioural manipulation and most importantly, fear, our capacity to critically appraise what is happening around us is disabled. We're then programmed to accept the poisons as cures, to accept our slavery as a gift, to welcome our tormentors as heroes, and to love our slave
masters. This is what the war on the mind does to us and not only does it make us passive and compliant, but we become foot soldiers for the enemy. Much of what we see going wrong today in this world isn't the enemy directly, it is US doing it to ourselves and to our loved ones. The enemy has captured the minds and hearts of our family, our friends and our Co workers.
There's a reason it feels like we're living in a world of body snatchers or that everyone has been assimilated into the Borg. Everyone can become Agent Smith. The enemy has convinced good people that they are doing good, when in fact they're doing evil. This is the mind war. This is why it's so dangerous. The pandemic demonstrated had the enemy weaponized people's good nature and desire to do good against themselves and their loved ones. People took the shot to save the
NHS and stop a deadly virus. People's desire to protect the planet has been weaponized against them for the climate hoax. People's desire to help those in need and their tolerance and charity has been weaponized against them through the migrant invasion. After all, if you question it, are you a racist? This is how evil works, through inversions, tricks and the
mockery of truth. This is why I would argue institutions like UK column, people like Sonia Putin, Bob Moran, Richie Allen, myself and all the others are so crucial in this information battlescape. We provide the antidote to their mind poison. We expose the lies. We free your minds. So what is the goal of the enemy? It's very simple. We are seeing the final days of a plan formulated decades if not
centuries ago. A1 World government, total control and ownership of the world and all its resources and people. Communism 2.0 make no doubt about it. A small ruling technocratic class who will own everything and have absolute control while the rest of us own nothing and are slaves. Now it gets a little bit more positive. All right, that's all the dark side. So why do I have hope and live in joy? People quite often say this. How come you're so chirpy?
I'm like, yeah, because I am. Because fundamentally, you don't defeat darkness with darkness. Doesn't work. I got that quote from Galadriel, the Ring of Power series. Love it. You defeat it with light. What do I mean? Well, one of my friends and a guest on my show, the podcast hasn't come out yet. It's called Peter Milligan and he sums it up nicely. Darkness represents ego and fear. A win lose mentality, a scarcity philosophy, judging others,
attacking and defending. It's about appearances and looking good. It's unnatural and driven by conflict, not collaboration. Darkness has a confidence about it, but it's a false confidence. It's brittle. It's insecure. Darkness requires control, restricting and instructing. There is separation, stress and struggle. The darkness is anxiety, anger, frustration, apathy and indifference Do not feed the darkness. What does the light represent? The light represents love and joy.
It's a win win philosophy and an abundance mindset. Light is understanding, true self, assured confidence, the pursuit of truth without judgement. It is rooted in nature and all that is natural and it is driven by service for others. The focus is on Wellness, not illness. It is open minded, forgiving, inspiring and shared. In the light there is connection, creativity and calm. Instead of control, we influence through inspiration and example. It's about the service of others
of humanity. The light is calm, passion, Lovejoy, determination, inspiration, motivation, Dr and hope. We all need to live in the light. Now, talking about connectivity, I want to ask a humble request. I'm coming at my talk for a second. I've been to a few events and I've noticed that people come and speak and people listen, and then they go on a break. And you know, I don't want that
today. And every break and every lunch break, coffee break, tea break, can every one of you go out and connect with an absolute stranger and talk to them? Every break, By the end of the day, at least six to eight people connect. Folks, this is your tribe, and I don't mean coming up and talking to me. That doesn't count. Connect to complete strangers because I'm at a disadvantage. Most of you know me and I don't know you. So you know because we are all
one family, right? OK, so why do I live in hope and joy? It helps if we step back a bit and see the bigger picture. OK, and what do I mean by this? Well, imagine you're you're, you're now standing back and you can see the whole timeline of humanity stretched out in front of you all the centuries before you all lined up. And you see the empires have risen and fallen, revolutions have come and gone. Who here wouldn't want to be a family in the wall and watch the fall of Rome?
What a fascinating time that would be. Well, guess what, folks? We are witnessing another pivotal moment in human history. It's the fall of the Western civilization and the American empire. And yes, it's painful on some levels, but it's fascinating and it's an opportunity. It's falling because it's corrupted. And just like Noah didn't try to stop the flood, we shouldn't and can't stop this collapse. We are in the midst of it right now. It is happening. It's too late to stop it now.
We can limit the the damage that will happen and we can prepare for what's coming after, but we cannot stop it. We too can build our arcs. And I mean this figuratively. So don't go out and make one in the back garden. And it's to prepare for what's coming next. These arcs are arcs of integrity, wisdom, knowledge, morals, values, and culture. They will be the Oasis of truth in the desert of lies. And these arcs are also about building strong families, communities, and resilient,
healthy selves. And it doesn't just stop there, just as we are being attacked from multiple fronts, our resistance and fight back must be multi directional and overtime it has to be realistic. Much of the frustration and apathy that I see amongst my awakened friends, and yes I do. I have lots of awakened friends now, none of my old friends. I have a very different life, but I wouldn't change it for
anything. Much of the apathy that I see amongst my friends is because they're desperate for change overnight. They want to see justice served tomorrow and they want to see all the criminals locked up. So do I, but we need to be realistic. And of course they want to wake up their friends and family. We all know people in our family, don't we, that we could just shake some sense into. Some of them, you can't even talk about the weather. What do I say? Oh, look, there's some chemtrails.
It's. Come on. Let's be honest. For those of us who've lost, you know, our friends and family and we love them and we see that they've lost all reason and sense. It's bloody madding. It's infuriating. But we need to be realistic because this desperate desire is not only unrealistic, it's also unnecessary. It's unrealistic because some people who drown can never be saved. They will pull you under as well. Save your energy. Do not expend your valuable energy on those who will not be
saved. You cannot reason with unreasonable people and to effect change we only need 15% of the population highly driven and motivated to turn the tide. It's also unrealistic because the enemy thinks and plans in a multi generational time frame to execute their evil designs and so must we. I didn't sacrifice my career thinking it's going to benefit me this year or the next, or
even in my lifetime. My goal is that my actions will positively impact my children when they're adults and that their children, my grandchildren, will live in a better world because of the choices I make today. This is how we think. Unrealistic deadlines and goals create unnecessary stress. And stress isn't just mental, it's a physical killer. Do not live in stress. It is the darkness. Another source of apathy is the belief that the enemy is all powerful.
What can we as individuals do? This is precisely what they want you to think. And yes, they are powerful in some ways. They've got money beyond description and they've got many tools at their disposal, disposal. But their power is derived from us. Their energy is derived from our acquiescence. Just remember, you're all eternal spiritual beings made of light and energy. Never forget that. And while you are not alone, look at you here. Yes, even one person can make
all the difference. By taking back individual agency, we can resist and reclaim our power, which is both motivating and empowering. Be happy in the knowledge that you are in the army of light and that you are on the right side of history. Be happy that you have this opportunity to do one of the most important tasks that can be asked of anyone, saving humanity.
So what else can we do? What are other means of resistance and fighting back Are there but there's simple things like do not comply, Learn to say the word that we all knew as children. No practise it. No practise it and say even if you mean yes. Start off with a no. OK yes. Reclaim our minds, stay informed, think critically, question everything, even what you hear today from us. I get things wrong all the time. I don't agree with myself from
last week. I don't expect you to switch off from the legacy and mainstream media and stop funding it. If you've got ABBC licence or newspaper subscription, cancel it. Subscribe to mine, turn off the TV and the radio. It's how they get into our heads to build real communities, strengthen relationships with like minded individuals and create support systems outside of the corrupt institutions. Organise local meet ups, learn to share skills and foster resilience and focus on
solutions. Be proactive in reducing your dependency on these broken systems, whether it be medicine, food supply, or energy. Learn about alternative therapies. Grow your own food. Support your local farmers and artisans. Live in truth and light. Do not fight darkness with darkness. Cultivate love, understanding and a pursuit of truth. Be a source of positivity and
peace. In a chaotic world, people will gravitate towards you and support independent voices like Sonia Poulton, Bob Moran, UK column, The Light newspaper myself. It doesn't have to be just monetary, although that helps. Share our content. Buy Bob's book and art. Send it. Send it as a Christmas present to someone you really don't like. OK, one of my supporters, I think she's here. Jane, do you want to stand up
for a second Jane Lewis? So she prints off business cards for UK column and leaves them in public places and pubs. And now she does it for me too. Thank you, Jane. Small acts like this can make a big difference. Don't forget, we're fighting for you against the enemy in this information war, and the war is for your mind. Take personal responsibility for your health. I keep saying this to people, The healthiest version of yourself is the ultimate expression of freedom.
Learn about nutrition, exercise, and alternative healthcare practises and ask yourself something. Are you as healthy and as fit as you would like? And if the answer is no, why not and what you're going to do about it? What convenient choices do you make that are not convenient for your health and those of your loved ones? Avoid the poisons. Do not consume their toxins, their media, their trinkets, and
their junk food. And this applies to everything from food and the water to the psychological toxins in the press. The healthiest choices empower you and weaken their control. This is a bit guerrilla warfare. Reclaim and infiltrate. Infiltrate the very organisations that have been taken over, whether it's the medical boards, unions, corporations or school systems, and let's slowly reclaim them from the inside. Be the change agent from within the structure.
Now, some of these structures may have to fall and be rebuilt, but doesn't mean that you can't still work from within them. Get involved locally, engage in local politics and school boards, and even the smallest act of involvement can shift the local environment towards truth and freedom. This is a big one. Educate your children and your grandchildren. Teach them the value of critical thinking, personal responsibility and integrity. Home education isn't possible for everyone.
I get that, but that doesn't mean you abdicate all your children's learning to the school system. Don't give them an iPad and TV because it's the surrogate childcare and it's convenient and you want a bit of quiet time. Speak to them, listen to them, guide them, be their role model in an in this era of confusion and simplify your life. Limit your dependence on material possessions, corporate products, and unnecessary
luxuries. Instead, invest in experiences, skills, and relationships that bring lasting value. Strengthen yourself sufficiency. I just changed my washing machine belt. By the way. YouTube videos are amazing. Learn practical skills like gardening, food preservation, carpentry, or basic mechanics. They're not just survival skills but way to reclaim your independence from a system that aims to control us and use
technology wisely. Don't just be a passive consumer of digital content, use it for your own benefit. Be creative of it. I took the train to the High Court this week on two days to support Sarah Myhill. I was shocked at something I had never seen before. It's this movement. Everyone around me with their thumb just on their phone and I was like, what are they doing? And they're scrolling for crap. What the hell? 20 years ago someone said to me, people will be doing this.
I'd be like, why don't partake in the system? A former resident of East Germany, when asked at the time of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Berlin Wall, How is it possible that the state just collapsed? Replied because we all stopped playing along. They would literally throw sand in the machinery, make deliberate errors and computations and, and and then putting when they're putting values into computers or ledgers, they would drag their feet, make mistakes, pretend they're off sick.
That's what we need to do. We need to stop feeding the system and finally be happy warriors, you know, Brian said. Laugh. Yes, nothing could be more frustrating, I think, for the enemy than us laughing at them and mocking them. Do not underestimate the power of humour. Now. I've talked about Bob's art before. Honestly, it was like a lifeline to me in my darkest days of the pandemic, stuck in my garden, isolated.
Suddenly people started sending me pictures of this art and I was like, yes, and we can all think of our favourites. I've got some of them in my podcast studio. Things like the politician pissing on the on the citizen going, thank you for the rain. It just encapsulates things perfectly. Or the man with the mask. Slava Ukraine on my next booster. Yeah, just wonderful. Wonderful because this humour, it, it cuts through the dissonance straight through it
like a hot knife in butter. It we're not going to win this mind war with data and graphs and logic and research ain't happening. We win it by being great examples of ourselves, by laughing, by living in living in love and living in the light. This is what's going to defeat
the enemy. Now, what I've much of what I've drawn from from this talk is now my understanding of the Greek philosophy of Stoicism and its Eastern counterpart Bushido, which is a chivalric code of moral principles that the samurai followed. And I have to thank Ivor Cummings for introducing me to Stoicism. It's about being serene and confident. Act reasonably. Focus on what you can control. Accept fate graciously. Be grateful and calm, kind and generous. Take full responsibility for
your life. Don't be the victim. And I applied this to myself. I need to remind myself of this. Be supremely virtuous and live in complete harmony. In summary, we are living through an extraordinary time in human history. We can't stop the collapse, but we can definitely shape what comes after by holding on to truth, light and hope our descendants will survive and thrive in the aftermath. Thank you everyone, well done. What a start. That's going to be a tough act
to follow. Ahmed, thank you very, very much indeed for an amazing voyage from. A. Brilliantly worded explanation of the inversion of everything towards, I think, a very, very uplifting version, not just of the future but of the present. And that's the bit that we need to cling to is what's happening right now. And I would really echo what he says about coming away from today having made use of the time that we spend together with each other.
And for more of his wisdom, go to the UK column website of course, and listen to the fantastic interview that he gave Debbie some time ago. But also please do follow his work via his podcast and the amazing enthusiasm and energy and wisdom that he puts into it. What a great start to the day. Ahmed Malik, thank you very much indeed.
