Canoeist and kayaker Lena Kraus, who is is a writer and translator, and has completed one of the longest canoe races in the world twice, shares her personal experience of harassment whilst participating in sport and physical activity.

Senior Coach Developer Marianne Davies talks to canoeist, kayaker and paddlesport coach Lena Kraus - who has completed one of the longest canoe races in the world twice - about harassment, uncomfortable behaviour and feeling safe whilst engaging in sport and physical activity. Towards the end of the podcast, Marianne and Lena explore how we can all take responsibility in creating environments in sport and physical activity that challenge negative and unwanted behaviour and support each other - no matter who we are.
