MINNESOTA NEW TARGET OF DRONE SWARM

Minnesota is reported as the latest target of an unidentified drone swarm. Swarms of drones have been reported operating at high speed, at low altitude and in the dark of night in Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas and now Minnesota. The U.S. military says they are not responsible and the FAA claims no permits have been given for these night time operations by large commercial style drones. What is going on?
