This is Kathleen Martin. You're listening to UFO Headquarters, Beautiful Headquarters, and welcome once again to UFO Headquarters on Hudson Ripper Radio. Michael Warden, Linna Zimmerman, and thank you to Kathleen Martin for that wonderful introduction. If you don't know who Kathleen Martin is, she's been a guest on the podcast. She's the author of Captured that Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experienced, and she is a niece of the Hills. So check check out her book. Amazingly

wonderful person too. Yeah, check out her podcast. She was great on our podcast with her. I just want to I want to mention something Linda really quick. Now. Today's episode it's a two parter, I believe called Bizarre Entities, and I can't think of two more bizarre entities than you and I. I mean, well, surprise, not surprisingly, the entire show is about you and I. So I'm part one, You're part two. I mean my wife definitely and kids think I'm I embrace my strangeness. Yes,

it's going to be a fun one. Yeah, but before we get into that, Brian reposted our episode on Everybody in the pool because a lot of people were talking about water and UFOs, and so he reposted that to the top of the of the list, and a couple of people responded to

it. And I just want to read these because I love get you know me, I live for new new cases I hadn't heard of and somebody had uh mentioned at My father and a deer hunting friend, a Warren County sheriff deputy, were deep in the forest of North Bolton, New York, which is in Warren County, sitting at their deer hunting posts near a small pond when they witnessed a sighting over a pond. So some craft is over this

pond, and subsequently saw all the other hunters fleeing in fear. So you can imagine the woods full of deer hunters and this UFO is hovering over the pond. We're out of here, so she said. Back then there were many sightings in the area over ponds, including a small lake called Glen Lake, which I don't quite know where that is. I have to look that

up. And then she said she personally witnessed a sighting traveling east on Route eighty four near Brewster in nineteen eighty three, which added her to the list the cast of thousands who did and then somebody else. Lily wrote that she lived off Stoneleigh Avenue in Carmel, and I witnessed I witnessed this in the reservoir in the early nineties, meaning a craft. So this I looked stonely. It's along Croton Falls Reservoir, which is a hot spot among hotspots of

so much activity in out of the water over the water. So I asked for a little more detail. She said it was hovering and looked like water was being sucked up somehow with a straw or something like that. That's very interesting, right, another one of these sucking water out of pool's lakes. Whatever. If you haven't heard everybody in the Pool episode, definitely check it out. Said it was a dark craft, no sound, with lights that

were red and orange. It was a triangle shape but didn't have pointy edges. And she saw it, yeah edges, and she saw it for several minutes, and she said, I will never forget it. It was near the vista on the Lake Condos complex and Carmel. You can google that and you can see it's right on the Croton Reservoir and then I asked her just how big it was. She said about half the size of a football field. And again she said it wasn't a full triangle as it was not pointed,

and it was wider across than long and rounded on the bottom. Kind of sounds like the maybe a boomerang shape which was prevalent then. So yeah, so these stories of UFOs and water keep keep coming up. What do they do with it? Knows? Who knows? And if you know, we appreciate that people take the time to write in and share these encounters and experiences and encourage them to continue to do so. Absolutely, I'm so excited

when somebody, oh, no, a new encounter. So why don't we take our first break and then start with the Bizarre Entities Hudson River Radio dot com Hudson River Radio dot com subsidiary of Glacier Entertainment LLC, blasting the competition in New York's Hudson Valley. And we are back with part one, the Bizarre Entities. And there is no shortage of bizarre entities that we can talk about, Linda, when it comes to this topic, oh for sure.

Yeah, And I think what everyone should do is play along and at the end of each episode, do you think this was human, alien, cryptid, or a hoax or all of the above. So this first case we're going to talk about, I so believed it had to be a hoax. But I've watched a video about it, I've heard the witnesses talk. I honestly do not know what to make of this. So we're going to Peru

for this. July eleventh, twenty twenty three, was this first encounter, and it was in a small village of San Antonio, which is northeast of Lima. It's a long boat ride to get there. It's a remote village, but before you think, all the villagers have spears and mud huts. Everybody has a cell phone. They watch all the latest movies and TV shows do They're wearing Nike shirts and TikTok shirts, and you know they're on social media. So you know, remote isn't what it used to be. So

they're remote, but certainly not primitive. So what they started seeing in July seven foot tall beings in black metallic body armor with elongated helmets with like yellow glass for like the eye shields, silently flying and hovering on circular boards. You know, the green Goblin comic character picture something like that, only in black body armor. So they have these silent hoverboards that can fly fast and far, and they come in pairs. All of these villagers described them the

same way. It's two of them. They seem to be able to snap like the snap or click into these hoverboards. The boards I think they said, were like eight to ten feet and once they land, they disconnect from the hoverboard, but they still have some sort of circular devices on their feet that still allows them to hover a few feet off the ground and glide around silently. I mean, how freaky freaky is this? So the villagers like,

what the hell is this? What do they want? Obviously you shoot at them, and a lot of them have sixteen gage shotguns which they use for birding, and they use I loved this little detail. They used modified bird shot, so I had to consult my bird shot chart, my shot chart today. Buckshot is much larger, several times larger than bird shot. A typical number nine bird shot is point zero eight inches and can go up

to point one six So that's small. But they melt some of them together, so it's a combination of larger pellets and smaller ones, so interesting pack a little more punch, right, I think that's you know, important. So they're shooting at them, and they just hear all of these pellets bouncing off this metallic armor. And one man swears he shot one of these guys at close range. It fell backwards on its butt, but gut up right away and flew off. So even if you have good body armor, you're

taking a sixteen gauge shell. Yeah, that's some force. Yeah, So the fact that it knocked it over, you know, indicates he definitely hit it. It definitely took the impact and recoil, you know, it responded accordingly. But I mean, what kind of armor are they wearing that it's not penetrating even a little bit, And depending on close range and the size of the individual pellets and stuff inside of their Yeah, and just the physical

force that's us to knock the wind out of you. So officials of course come in to interview and say so the official line, the excuse is these are illegal gold miners using jet packs. I read that. What not a single witness said they had jet packs. They all said they're on these hoverboards and have these circular things on their feet trying to scare the villagers away from their village, don't think so? And yeah, because they wanted to keep

them away from the mining pits. Apparently that was the right the theory, Like we're going to pretend we're aliens and attack people to keep them away from our gold. But it seems like all you're doing is drawing attention and getting shot at. Yeah, Like, I mean, if if you're really concerned about your gold mines, I don't know that that seems like an awful extravagant, just a really out of this world literally way of doing it. I can think of other ways. You could probably do it a lot easier and

a lot more cheaply. And who has this technology ten foot silent hoverboards that two guys can click into and fly off silently. Well, So it just seemed to be like scaring the villagers for the most part until one evening, two of them land and grab a fifteen year old girl named Talia. They drug her by shooting something up her nose. Okay, Then they start rubbing cream on her face that makes her face numb. Now bear with me, I know this is so Twilight Zone and this doesn't sound alien to me.

Then they take out something that looks like a laser scalpel and start to cut under her face along her chin line. I'll get to what might be behind this. In the end, she manages to scream. Her brother and others come running. They see these two figures. They're now trying to drag her away with them, but they don't seem to be able to take off with

her. Not that she weighs a lot, but whatever these hover technology is, they couldn't carry her too, so they drop her and she's severely traumat tied, has these cuts on her neck, and she is the only one who claims that she heard heard them speaking. No one's heard anything else. She said. One was speaking Spanish like a local, like a Peruvian. This is very interesting if true. She said. One of them spoke with an accent like a gringo, which in US military just starts going off in

my head. Why, I don't know. So you'd like to say this is some twisted military project, except they're also seeing UFOs, acorn shaped UFOs hovering at tree top level. One guy drew an illustration of it, said that it was semi transparent and he could see two figures inside. I mean, this stuff is so weird. And even if you want to say they're all mentally disturbed on some sort of jungle fungus sixty miles away in a much

letter like a small city, the same thing is happening. And a boy was attacked and cut So what is this with wanting to possibly cut your face off? Apparently for the past forty years a legend of the placaris has developed, the face peelers. They find bodies of people with their faces cut off. What I mean, they they supposedly will eat your flesh. Some people said, well, maybe they're organ harvesters, you know, illegal organ I don't. I don't know. I don't know. There's a lot more to

this, but everyone should go to YouTube. And a guy named Tim Alberino actually went to this play and everybody else writes about everybody else's stuff. He went there and there's a YouTube called Peru Alien Attack Expedition Report. Just check it out. I don't know what to make of this. I was. I watched this video so carefully so I could say, ah, it's a hoax. Aha, it's this something. These people are genuinely terrified. Something

is happening. Every single one describes these seven foot guys in black body armor. They even say, you know what, there's like, you know, an arm piece of arm, you know, like the segmented body armor like soldiers would wear. But who has this hubverboard technology? Why are they terrorizing

these people? I don't know, so human, alien, cryptid? And you know, I just go to if it is gold miners and you're going through this whole elaborate When people start shooting at you with shotguns, it seems to me like you might want to start rethinking your strategy because now you could get killed. I don't care how good of the armor you think you've crafted. So if it is, indeed, people assume that it is for a moment, how smart would they be to continue doing it When you have people

shooting at them. What happens when they decide to shoot with something, you know, a high powered rifle that's going to penetrate armor very quickly. Yeah, you know, like y So, I don't know what to make of it. I just don't know. It's all fun in games till they start shooting at you. Yeah, I mean, and the technology itself does it? Even jet packs? Yeah, they're cool, they're noisy, they only last a couple of minutes. Usually who has the technology to snap into a

ten foot board and take off like a bat out of hell? Yeah, I mean does that technology exist like that? I don't know, so that's maybe. Yeah. So when I first heard about this, I'm like, oh, I'm not wasting my time. This is nonsense. And then I heard about it again, and then I watched the video and I'm like, damn it. I don't know. So we'll leave that as an I'm leaning towards humans, but I'm open to any any suggestions. Yeah, absolutely,

and we'll see. Maybe they'll have more reports coming out of Peru in the next few months. Yeah, and apparently something similar might also be happening in Brazil right now. So why don't we take our second break before our local mothman expert continues with creatures flying through the air. This is Hudson River Radio dot com. This is Hudson River Radio dot com. Okay, we are going to go from Peru to West Virginia, to the West Virginia slash Ohio

border to a quaint little town called Point Pleasant. I know you have been there, Linda, Absolutely, I have been there. A couple of years ago. I made the drive from another West Virginia city where I was and had to experience this place for myself. It's very cool. But we are

going to go to nineteen sixty six to nineteen sixty seven. Beginning with November fifteenth of nineteen sixty six, a couple Roger and Linda Scarberry and Steve and Mary Molett, are out one night in an area of Point Pleasant on the

outskirts, which are called the TNT Bunkers. So outside of Point Pleasant during World War Two was a very large munitions plant and they had these concrete dome bunkers built all over the property to store explosives, and they were apparently designed with they had big steel blast doores so that if for some reason there was an accidental discharge in one bunker, the explosion would be contained that it would not create a chain reaction and suddenly trigger multiple bunkers. And you can go

check them out today. I know you went down there a few years ago and got you. Yeah, some strange vibes there. I can say that, yeah, they are. There's and they're everywhere. It's just odd. You'll be walking into the woods and all of a sudden there's one and then you walk, you know how many distance away, and another one and another one. Yeah, and they're big. We're not talking like a ten foot shed there. I don't know, what would you say, forty fifty feet

in diameter? Oh yeah, they're massive, yeah, massive. And they're the acoustics in there, you know, if you talk, everything echoes and reverberates because it's designed to contain an explosion. So it's designed to keep the explosion in that that can that bunk or not outside of it. And it's a popular hangout. You could tell just from when I was there two years ago, the graffiti, you know, the alcohol bottles. Sure, it's been a long a party place for people in Point Pleasant and will continue to

be. But on this night in November fifteenth of nineteen sixty six, this couple is out there and they report to the police a very strange encounter. They see a very large black creature with glowing red eyes, and it's on the side of the road in this TNT area. They see this creature and they take off in their vehicle and the creature pursues them. It follows them, It flies after them all the way to the city line of Point Pleasant, at which point it disappears now, and it did to the description of,

you know, a large black creature with glowing red eyes. One of the witnesses that night described it as a very tall, thin, muscular man, about the height of a adult male, with a seven foot wingspan. This witness also said, you know, the eyes were hypnotic, which prevented her from accurately remembering what the face looked like. So, even though you know, they could recall these big red eyes, the eyes were so hypnotic that no details of the face seemed to be evident. And they report this

to the police, which I find interesting. So and of course it hits the local newspapers. Well, what follows is an entire wave of sightings of this creature. A volunteer fireman, two volunteer firemen actually reported seeing what they thought was a giant bird with glowing red eyes. And of course people thought

this was a real bird, maybe maybe it was a heron. The local sheriff thought that people were seeing a giant heron bird who apparently has some red around the eye, which could have been mistaken for a giant glowing red eyes, but the reports kept coming in. Another witness, a man by the name of Newel Partridge, a contractor, reported he saw the creature one night and he shone a flashlight at it, and the eyes reflected off of the

light, reflected from the light like red reflectors on a bicycle wheel, so they're light reactive. Now. This gentleman also felt that his dog had been stolen by the creature and that the creature had been interfering in his television and other electronics. So there's a lot more to his encounter there. Yuh, Mike, If I can just add, when I was researching this about the missing dog, I said, you know what, let me go to Lost and Found of the local papers. A lot of dogs were going missing in

that area around that time. Yeah, yep, I did not know that detail. But that's fascinating. So it's not just mister Partridge there that's missing a dog, A lot of dogs. I don't know what's typical, but I went through weeks of newspaper lost and found items and just an awful lot of dogs seemed an inordinate amount. And it's not a very huge place, no pleasant at all. We're not talking we're not talking to New York City

here. It's much smaller community. Now, biologists at the time thought this was a sand hill crane which people were seeing, and apparently it was not a normal bird be seen in this area, but it could have come off its migration routes, and the sand hill crane could be the height of a man, had about a seven foot wingspan, and it had a red coloring around the eyes. So yeah, biologist exploit. Yeah, well, I see sand hill cranes in Florida all the time. I've yet to see one

that looks like a seven foot mothman. Well, well, and that's what when I looked at pictures. I've never seen one in person. But the pictures don't look miss like you'd misstake. No, they look like birds. And I've never had one chase my car. You know. They're just big, noisy birds. You can't mistake them for anything else. And some also have claimed it was owls, a giant owl. Oh, yes, people have mistaken and of course the herons. But so the local press, of

course, coins are very very popular. Name that has stuck to this day, and that is they called it the mothman. So the term mothman comes from the press who was writing about this, and to this day, if you go to Point Pleasant. They have the Mothman Museum, which is you know, it's pretty cool. It's got a lot of stuff and there it's fun. Yeah, yeah, you know it's They have a Mothman Festival, which I have not been to, but that seems like probably a lot of

fun. Yeah. The statue is super cool. Yes, there's out the street. Yes, yep, I had to. I had to pose for a few pictures in front of it, of course, didn't we all. And I think the festival festival would be fun to go to, just like the Pine Boots Festival. It be it's a fun probably event. It looks like a great time. But maybe someday. But now here's where the Mothman story takes a really interesting turn. December fifteenth, nineteen sixty seven, so

actually the anniversary date. You know, we're recording this in December eleventh, just for context that we're very close to the anniversary here as we talk about it. But there's a bridge called the Point Pleasant Bridge, which connected the town of Gallipolis, Ohio to Point Pleasant, spanning the Ohio River. The locals had called it the Silver Bridge because of the bright aluminum silver color of the bridge. And this bridge has been around for some time. It was

not a new bridge. It was a one thousand, seven hundred and sixty foot eyebar suspension bridge sitting one hundred and two feet above the river. So this was the main crossing and on December fifteenth, nineteen sixty seven, in the early evening hours before five pm, this was a busy time. You had holiday shoppers and traffic. You had the commuters coming home from work. The estimates of vehicle traffic on that bridge daily was up to four thousand vehicles

a day, twenty percent of which were trucks. So this is a major, you know, artery in terms of connecting the two communities. Well, at five pm, people report hearing blosion like a gunshot sound. Suddenly the bridge collapsed, as described by witnesses like a deck of cards. It folded and a sixty foot span of the bridge within twenty seconds had fallen into the river, taking with it thirty two cars and forty six lives. All but

two bodies were recovered. So two of the bodies that were washed into the off of the bridge and into the water that night were never recovered, which is just an extra sad element to that. Now the bridge had been inspected that summer twice and in fact, on December sixth of that year, had a final inspection with an engineer visiting the site. Yeah, well they missed

something, didn't they. Yeah. And now what was concluded years later, after very exhaustive analysis was, and I I'll summarize the this is how much of a detail they came up with. It was a cleavage fracture in a lower limb of an eye of eyebar three hundred and thirty at joint C one three ncaused by forty years of stress, corrosion and fatigue. The flaw itself was a crack of about two point five millimeters that led to this. So, of course, you know, a bridge, any type of a major

catastrophe like this leads to change. Old bridges suddenly were being you know, reinspected and either replaced brought up the code. But the Mothman incident became viewed as the sort of harbringer of the Silver Bridge collapse because the encounters with Mothman stopped with the bridge collapse. And wasn't he supposedly seen on the bridge before the collapse. There were there were stories about that, but I couldn't verify

yeah, where they came from them. So but yeah, so over one hundred witnesses reported seeing the Mothman. Of course, you know, skeptics and others thought this was an owl, this was the crane we talked about a heron. But an investigative journalist and US Army that named John Keel wanted to

investigate this for himself. And John Keel went down there and spent months with a reporter following up leads and investigating and talking to witnesses, and he wrote The Mothman Prophecies, a book about his experiences his investigation, and if people haven't read any of John Keel's work, I highly recommend it. I mean, the whole term men in black was coined by John Keel. You know, that's a term he came up with. So that's the origin of that.

And what he noted in nineteen sixty seven John Keel about the the Mothman was that there was a significant overlap between psychic phenomenon and UFO encounters. And John Keel is a big proponent at the time of extraterrestrial theory, being that you know, UFOs and things were coming from outside of the Earth. These were alien visitors but his investigation ultimately led him to other conclusions and that and

I'm going to sort of summarize this. It's that objects and apparitions that were being encountered didn't originate from other planets, that they were actually may not exist as permanent constructions of matter at all, and that they may have been basically we were seeing what we want to see based upon our own belief systems. These were ultra terrestrials as the term he ended up going with, sort of an interdimensional component. Later, Jay Allen Heinek would be a supporter of this

theory of ultraterrestrials and that essentially UFOs Mothman. You know, all of these odd encounters were all just our own interpretation of similar phenomena, and you can make of it what you will. For that, I find it an interesting hypothesis or theory. And you know, the Mothman's not the only West Virginia creature. I know we're going to talk about that on another episode. But

yes, yeah, kind of similar. Yeah, yeah, So do you put this in the cryptid alien harbinger of doom or trying to warn people? Category? So you know, John Kill would have put it in a kind of a mixture of all of them, I think, because he did think that the Mothman was a warning of this impending disaster. I personally don't know

what to make of it. I tend to lean towards this ultra terrestrial theory as being somewhat maybe maybe plausible under a lot of conditions, because it does explain, you know, perhaps not all UFO sightings are attributed to extraterrestrials. Maybe they all are not from another planet, another civilization, you know, maybe there are multiple explanations. The one thing I'm certain of is it wasn't a sandhill crane. No. That's and I go back to people were seeing

things. They were definitely seeing something that was not a crane, that wasn't a giant owl. You know, people were seeing things that they were reporting to the police that this is what they saw. Yeah, and luring a time in a very conservative community where talking about stuff like this would get you labeled a lunatic. So they had to be genuinely scared to talk about it, Especially again the nineteen sixties. This is not a time where people ran

around, you know, publicly boasting about their ufone counters. No, no, no one wanted to do that. So any of our listeners, if you ever get a chance, go down to Point Pleasant. It's actually a really cool little town. It's got a giant floodwall around it, which I thought was the most next to them off Man, the coolest thing. You know. They can actually put a wooden boards up across the gate and block the town off from a flood, and I thought that was next to the

moth Man. I mean, I asked them, old timer on the porch, I'm like, what is this for? He goes, oh, so when the river's gonna flood, they have boards. They can put them in the slots and block the town off. So very cool. Get down there. You can go to the Silver Bridge. Has a little bit of a memorial there where the bridge once stood, and I think it's important. I went there to make sure I paid my respect to those who who did lose their lives there, because these were people, and you know, it's a

couple of weeks before Christmas to have something like this happened. So get down there, go to the Mothman. Folks may go to the museum and buy some Mothman cola, and yes, go out to those TNT bunkers. They're they're cool. Creepy. They are creepy for sure. I recommend it though, Yeah, yeah, we like creepy. So let us shift gears completely and go to the other side of the world. For the Haitachi region of Japan February twenty second, eighteen oh three, this is known as the Otsuru

Bune case. That atsuru Bune means hollow boat. So a group of fishermen see a boat. It's about ten feet they call it a boat. It's floating on the water. It's about ten feet high, about eighteen feet wide. They describe it as being like an incense burner, which is like arounded. You can go and look up. There where manuscripts about this. What it looks like is a classic flying saucer with a copper bottom, the bottom of it copper. Okay, So it's a top and bottom and it's an

enclosed thing, glass windows. So they pull it ashore, they open it. They see this strange writing on the wall. It's in an unknown language. They even get into the detail that there was three point six liters of water on board, some meat, and some type of bread. So this is like, you know, this is not your typical fishermen. They're taking and accurate. There also happens to be a beautiful woman, but she's definitely not Japanese. She looks to be about eighteen to twenty years old, red

eyebrows, red hair, with some sort of white fabric hair extensions. She's wearing long clothes of an unknown material. She's about five feet tall, very pale skin, and she's holding a box that's about nine inches square, and she was adamant. She wouldn't let anyone touch the box. Nobody could get near the box. Okay, they try to talk to her. She speaks an unknown language. So what do the people think? What do we do?

Who is this strange woman? So people think she might be a queen of a foreign land who was outcast for adultery and her lover's head was in the box. Really this is your go to explanation. That was quite the quite the random explanation that come up with from that. Yeah, I don't even know where to go with that. But the bottom line is the people are all very scared because this probably isn't a good thing. This you know, woman who doesn't look like them, she doesn't talk like them. She's

in this bizarre craft. So they put her back in her craft and push her back out to see and that's that's the end of this mysterious female. So in recent years a researcher by the name of Tanaka thought this was all nonsense. So he thought they could have been embellishing the account of a Russian whaling ship that had been shipwrecked. What how many redheaded women are on Russian whaling ships and a whaling ship is rather large because you have to put whales

on it. I'm sure what's worse, the adulterous queen being expelled with a head in a box or the whaling ship. I mean they're both sort of to me, like, really, I know. Well, Tanaka looks into it and he finally realizes he found finds eleven original documents from the early eighteen hundreds discussing this account. You can look it up. You see illustrations of the craft. It is not a typical sailing vessel. It is an enclosed craft with a metallic copper bottom at the very least. So you know,

what are we looking at here? We're looking at a human, a human looking alien or is it a Russian whaler? This is for you to decide. You could see that the pictures, the contemporary drawings of it look nothing like a ship at all, a whaling ship or any any boat, any boat you know covered like that what boats were covered, you know, and disc shaped and they said copper cladding on the bottom. So it's metallic,

saucer shaped, strange woman, strange language, strange material. Yeah, I don't know what to I don't know what to make of that one either, So that was just a quickie, little uh, throw a little Japanese monkey wrench into uh, you know, not all aliens may look like Mothman. But so the last one, we're going to Poland. Now have you ever been to emilsin Poland? E M I lcin. They have, But my

goal is to get the Poland next year or the year after. Okay, well you're going to have to look because they have a UFO monument there which I'll get to at the end of this. So there's a lot of material on this case, but it's all in Polish and I can't understand it. There's videos, there's interviews, extensive interviews with the primary witness, but I

can't understand it. So what's available in English is that on May tenth, nineteen seventy eight, seventy one year old jen Jan Wolski, who they described as being a peasant, that's their words, not mine, was driving a horse drawn wagon through a wooden area and there on the side of the road are two short, green faced humanoid entities five feet tall, green face, webbed fingers, and wearing black, tight fitting hood and an outfit kind of

like overalls. And he said they had slanted eyes and very prominent cheekbones. So obviously Yan didn't get around much because he thought they must be foreigners. I love that detail, Yeah, but maybe a little the green skin part was not a clue here. I mean a well, you know, you're living in communist poland you don't get out much, you know, so they're

probably a little more foreign than he thought. So yeah, these creatures then jump on to his cart and start talking to him in some strange foreign language. And this is a quote from him. They were talking to me in thin voices. Unknown to me. I didn't understand any of it. I drove out from behind these bushes and there's this, well, some small car hovering in the air. Now that made me wonder that a car can hang in the air and float up and down a meter or so. That's what

made him wonder. So what he's seeing is a craft about fifteen feet above the ground illustrations. It almost looks like a white tent, but made out of a hard material as long as a bus. And this is very bizarre. At each corner of this tent like craft, there were four screwlike holes like the curve of like giant drill bits that seem to be holding it up and in place. And the whole thing is humming and moving up and down. There's a small platform on the ground with four posts. It was a

little elevator, so they motion him toward the craft. He steps on the platform and it rises him up to this open doorway. He goes in. He sees there's four other green forigners. There are eight small benches along the walls, and he notices on the floor this is an interesting thing. Birds kind of like ravens. They were moving their legs and wings a little,

but they seemed unable to get away. So whatever these forigners were, they captured some birds too, So I don't know if he was drugged or what, but they motioned for him to undress so he does, I don't know, just dropping trousers because a green guy with webbed fingers wants you to is a I know, this sounds silly. We'll get through this together. So they examine him with two objects that look like plates or small symbols like they have, like you know, the way you wear symbols and you smack them

together. This seems to be how they're they're whatever examining him, and then they gesture him for to put his clothes back on, so, you know, abducting humans and examining them as hard work. So they start eating something that I translations. Either it looked like honey or icicles, so I don't know which it was. And he at least wisely declined to eat this strange food. And as he's about to get back on the elevator, he nods and tips his head and they nod back to him. So they're all very

polite. This was, you know, not an abduction, an invitation. So yes, so he goes down the elevator, gets back on his cart, goes home, tells his family come see the floating object. So his family and neighbors come. They go there. The craft, of course is gone, but the grass, they said, was trodden down, covered in dew, and paths in all direction and footprints, so something had been there

and people had walked all around. Supposedly, a local boy said he saw the same craft hovering over a barn, but it looks like the local ufologist, a man by the name of Zadisloff Blondin, manipulated this boy's testimony to say it. At the very least, this Blondin really pushed the case and profited a lot articles, interviews, a book, so critics say, well,

this guy had been this old guy had been drugged. It was a complete hoax because this other he was Blonin was having a feud with this other ufologist, and the ufologist knew how to hypnotize people, so he hypnotized Wallski. I mean it. The explanations seemed to get sillier than the story, but whatever it was. In two thousand and five, the town erected monument to this. It's like a large monolith with a metallic cube on top,

and the inscription reads. On May tenth, nineteen seventy eight, in Emilsen, a UFO object landed the truth will surprise us in the future. Whatever that means so you have someplace to visit when you go to Poland. So hoax foreigners, aliens just I don't know, the majority of people seem to think somehow it's a hoax. But the guy never changed his story, and you can see even if you don't speak Polish, you can see his interview and he believes in what he saw. I don't, I don't know.

And you know you mentioned to the sounds like a lesson scrupulous ufologist got involved, And yeah, I think that's been part of the negative, you know, overshadowing of the whole field, is that the people out there doing good work and hard work are always overshadowed by those who are not in it for the right reasons. They're in it for the money, the glory of the fame, whatever it is, and then they use those people with a you know, broad strokes to paint us all in the same vein, which is

unfortunate. Yeah, and yeah, yeah, to this day, those who need to make money off this topic are yeah, less than I don't know what word to use, not always honest. And a lot of people, as we see, will do and say anything for money, so they will and to be on TV or to make make a movie whatever it is. Documentary, yeah, yeah, it's unfortunate. So who knows, who knows. But when you're in Poland, you'll have to talk to the locals, see the monument and then report back to us. So I will I may

have to do it on the ground interview from that. That's right. It looks the monument looks really cool, by the way it is. It looks really cool, very neat monument. So that's it for our bizarre entities for now, but more to come in part two in our next episode, so take us out. So thank you everybody listening here and far close wherever you may be on this planet, another planet, or perhaps another dimension, but we do thank you and appreciate your continued patronage of the program, and make
