Man Finds Giant Mantis Alien in the Shower

A strange encounter with an apparent extraterrestrial praying mantis is related. The incident, which happened in Florida in 2005, involved a man waking to find a seven-to-eight-foot-tall insectoid standing above him as he lay on the sofa, and culminated with the man finding the creature in his bathroom, taking a cold shower. Also, another encounter between a cyclist and mantis alien that occurred in 2021 is discussed.
