Karl Nell’s Disclosure Slide Presentation/ET Reality’s Shock & Awe Disclosure Proposal

Former Army Colonel Karl Nell presented a slide presentation during this past weekend’s Sol Foundation event that suggests full UFO disclosure will not occur until 2034. The Extraterrestrial Reality podcast, conversely, proposes a disclosure plan that would end the UFO truth embargo this year.
