Former NASA engineer says aliens control the planet

A former NASA engineer believes extraterrestrials are in complete control of Earth and would not find a need to "conquer" the human race. "From the aliens' point of view, we are relatively primitive creatures, and I'm sure they regard this planet as now completely in their possession and under their control," the engineer wrote. Also, technology has advanced so much in the last couple of decades that individuals will soon be able to generate their own personal proof that there's an extraterrestrial presence on Earth.
