Flashing Light and Thundering Boom in Minnesota Mystify Federal Officials
Episode description
On Friday evening, residents of Beltrami County in Minnesota witnessed an extremely bright flash in the sky across the region that was followed by an extremely loud explosive boom. The boom shook windows and caused car alarms to go off. Beltrami County Emergency Management Director Christopher Muller said scientists and federal officials he contacted about the event had no answers.
