In 1994, the Majestic 12 Special Operations Manual was leaked to a UFO investigator. It laid out the intricate procedures the top-secret organization uses to recover crashed alien spacecraft and bodies. The document also mentions that, in the event an undeniable event occurs that makes it impossible to maintain the secret of the extraterrestrial reality, there's a contingency plan in place that explains how to finally disclose the truth to the public. Also, in 2011, an anonymous person posted an intriguing series of videos on YouTube that purportedly shows film footage of a real alien being nicknamed "Skinny Bob."
