Pruzbul | Episode 4: The Rebbe's Novel Approach

This four-part in-depth series will be exploring the mitzvah of loan amnesty related to the Sabbatical Year known as ‘Shemitah’ (as is this current year of 5782); the legal mechanism of the ‘pruzbul’ procedure; and the Rebbe’s novel approach to the enactment of the pruzbul.

In this final episode we will present the Rebbe's novel approach to the enactment of Pruzbul; a new and original understanding suggested by Rabbi Yechiel Kalmenson, Rosh Yeshiva of Brunoy and author of the 'Mei Tal' series on the Talmud.
