Also known as the WebbMaster of Monkey Foot Island. It's not shaped like a monkey foot, there's no obvious answer as to why it has that name and asking questions about the islands name will lead you onto the obstacle course full of big drops and saw blades. 

There's plenty of libraries, hospitals and stripclubs for you to relax and feel safe in but keep in mind that this obstacle course is the main source of income for the country, being a Nintendo sponsored reality TV series, so you will have to run it eventually, soon and often.
