Episode description

**TRIGGER WARNING we do discuss a variety of sensitive topics in this episode like suicide, depression & addiction. If this is something that is triggering for you, maybe give this episode a miss. You can also contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.

This week we are joined by Sean Weir who is the founder of "The Shaka Project" which is a Men's Mental Health organisation which Sean started to create awareness and break the stigma around men's mental health. He shares his own personal story and struggles which lead him to starting Shaka. Abbey also discusses why this conversation is so important to her too & we have a very open chat about how we can help the men in our lives.

We hope this episode helps anyone out there who may be struggling with their mental health, want to support a friend or even just start a conversation. As Sean says "Be Fucking Kind".
