This Should Be Talked About More pt.1

Sorry we’ve been gone but we’re back! On this weeks episode Ari & Kim talk about some things they wish were talked about more while growing up, since it was a lengthy topic they decided to split it up into two parts. On this first part they get into periods and how unfortunately it’s something that’s looked at as gross or embarrassing. They share their first experiences with getting their periods, and talks their moms had with them about it. They also talk about puberty and the things that come along with it like their bodies developing, their struggles with acne and so much more.
