Before Steven went under the knife last week and took a month-long vow of silence (he’s doing great!), the guys talked about everything they needed to talk about – and most of it had to do with their health journeys. Steven ran his annual birthday 13.1 race and give a race in review. Anthony made a big commitment for his physical, mental, and spiritual health.
