We've got a very special guest joining the show today, April Hélène-Horton, who you may know better as @thebodzilla on Instagram. April is a self-described body love activist, and we're having a big ol' chat about all things body positivity, neutrality, acceptance (basically whatever word floats your boat!).

We also get into THAT Bluey episode that's been all over the news this week, and what kind of example it sets for kids.
