Martin MacNiell is a self prescribed genius, both a doctor and a lawyer, he unfortunately doesn’t have the most honest past. With his ego rapidly inflating, the balloon around his perfect life bursts when his wife and daughter discovers his affair. Suddenly Michele, his wife, is found dead in a bathtub of their Utah home and Martin almost gets away with it.
