Dang! The Complex is losing money and needs some new marketing to attract new tenants! And no new tenants means Mr. Callahan will have to sell the building to a greedy businesswoman and Cici and Funks will have to go find employment (and housing) elsewhere. Maybe a viral dance video would help! But wait, Funks can't dance!
Oh lawd... maybe Mr. Callahan's annoying son can help out.
