The party returns once again to the overgrown shrine—this time to face what may be their most dangerous foe yet. As they venture deeper, a silent ripple in the dark water signals the arrival of something... ancient. What emerges? A black dragon wyrmling—feral, intelligent, and deadly.
What begins as a jump across a flooded chamber becomes a desperate and chaotic battle involving levitation spells, failed grapples, daggers in scales, and conflicting morals. Holden clings to the dragon’s back. Lucia suspends it mid-air. Dail and Jace try to decide whether to fight… or find another way.
