DON’T BE SHY
With equity shall he rebuke the meek of the earth…
(Yishayah 11:3-4)
Moshiach will rebuke the meek for not standing up for truth and influencing his neighbor. A person may respond, “Who am I to arouse my fellow? What kind of a spokesman am I?” This kind of humility is destructive, and
it is for this reason that the meek are worthy of being rebuked.
Daily experience teaches us that when someone seeks to arouse his fellow in a positive direction, to set fixed times for Torah study, to do a mitzvah, to give charity, to support scholars, and so on, such arousing conversations have an effect. Moshiach will teach everyone to stand strongly for truth and to speak openly and with conviction.
