So much happening. We all know the negatives so let's look at the other side of the coin. It's times like this when we need to focus on positives. For example, I'm listening to a Spotify playlist by Fearless Motivation. I turn I tup until I can't hear the "voices" in my head. I'm also using the Anxiety Release on the calm app to relax me every day for 30 min. Works too But what else could you try?

've looked at thousands of sites & the majority of their traffic comes from search engines not their social. There are a few very talented people who are able to draw followers but in my experience they are not people trying to sell books. They may write a book later but not first.
