We read a portion from Chapter 10, “Were You Oppressed?” Within these pages I give a brief testimony about the time I was forced by my abuser to allow something to happen to me. In this unwilling incident, I felt it was wrong and shameful, with lasting effects. 

But God transformed my outlook from pain and sorrow to joy and gladness. I share this so that you, too, can see God’s good plan for your future, regardless of what the enemy may think he has accomplished.

I encourage: If the Lord delivered me, He can deliver you!
