In this episode “Family Legacy,” Casey shares portions of the fourth story in the fictional anthology of daily conflicts, “STAND With Your Armor On.”
Casey tells the story highlights, showing how a child witnesses domestic violence happening within the home and the eventual isolation from a parent. All too often children are within a toxic and volatile environment, with one or both parties oblivious to the lasting effects. What’s the probability the child will have emotional and behavioral problems of their own? This story brings each of us to examine the legacy of our family and see where change might need to happen.
