I have been thinking about everything I’m grateful for. Minnettar olduğum her şeyi düşünüyordum. When I want to complain, I think about the suffering of others. Şikayet etmek istediğimde başkalarının acılarını düşünüyorum. Then I remember that my life is actually very good. Sonra hayatımın aslında çok iyi olduğunu hatırlıyorum. I have a lot to be thankful for. Şükredecek çok şeyim var. My family loves me, and I have many friends. Ailem beni seviyor ve birçok arkadaşım var.

I know that when I’m feeling sad, I can reach out to a friend. Kendimi üzgün hissettiğimde bir arkadaşıma ulaşabildiğimi biliyorum. My friends always help me to put things into perspective.
