Phil Cuffare

Director of Agronomy at Oakland hills Country Club, Phil Cuffare comes on during preparations for the U.S. Junior Amateur Golf Championsips. Phil talks about what it's like to work at a busy property with pleanty to keep his hands full. He also gets into some of the differences between member golf compared to tournament golf. After all the positive influences in his own life, Phil is now giving back by leading by example and mentoring apprentices/asstants that come through his course.
