Lara Arias

Lara Arias, the Superintendent from The Marco Simone Golf and Country Club and last years Ryder Cup, joins Adam and Trevor to talk some turf. Lara tells us about her career getting into golf course maintenance and shares what it is like to be extremely dedicated and involved with the golf course. Lara provides some great details about working large tournaments as well as the start to finish process with Marco Simone. Family is extremly important to Lara and she demonstrates how to achive the work-life balance she needs to provide for everyone.
