Well, and you want the... These old antique blades did like, what they like, Yeah. They they kept that that wobble Yeah. Because the whole... They used to temper from what Skip told me anyway. They used to temper the whole blade. And and then you, like, chi them or or be a man and get, like, electric 10 snips cut them out which that's like not at super easy sometimes either, but it'll all keep your 10 pretty fast. Yeah. So I think this set I have is... Smoke. Is pretty old, but can get new

cutters for them. Yeah. Anyway... Yeah. And then, like, I I actually started use, like, angle grinder to, like, knock, like, smooth off the edges and put the rough edge on there and just use, like, my belt sharpen and I can get him freaking... Use nasty sharp. And then when I'm using them Might just use a steel, like a Victorian not still touch it up to touch it up because you're... Like, you're... You know, you're cutting away and you end up, like, folding the burr and

then just kinda resetting that burr. And every once in a while, like, like, gotta go back and just totally reset the edge because you're just freaking hammer on it on that steve. How do you reset the edge did you run it through the? Like sharp thing. Yeah. Sharp thing or if I need to because I like to have a really shallow angle it's a single bevel. So it's like not sharpened on 1 side, Only sharpen on 1 it. And you... When you hammer on it with a steel, you...

Inherently, like, yeah. Shorten that up. Yep. And so I'll go with a grinder or, like, if your patient, like, a work workshop belt sharpen. Mh. And, like, lay that you want just to put the bevel back. The bevel back, you kinda real low angle or whatever. Real low angle nose. It's not easy to hand sharpen a knife and keep your 19 degrees or whatever now. Whatever it is, the your... Whatever your blade is. That's what's nice about this workshops though as you can... Change for... 25 to 20 degrees.

Yeah. You can just... It's consistent. Yeah. Pretty much all your time. But I made a couple and they're fucking sharpest shit, man. They... I have it's like a knock off to whatever the other 1 is... Mine's a Smith, I think. But it's, like 1 of those things it's like a t, and you clamp the knife into it. You can, like, re tune till, like, I think there's, like, 4 or 5 different. I have a I have a 1

My got Smith, but it's the same fucking well, I got 1 of the work charm, like, knock off was sa ones or whatever that clamp the blade and then you can, like, precision like, adjust a screw to set your angle, and then you just run the stone. Yeah. Exactly like, different grits. That doesn't really work on those because you can't hold them right, But I found then brought heads. When I'm on a stone, I inherently wanna like.

So if I just, like, hold it back, and I do a couple of, like swipe, you can see on that, like, I'm not hit. I'm not like, flat. And if you're really, like, can't pay attention. Just take a sharpie and Yeah. Learn a and say that. Like, do a couple of swipe and then look at it and be like, holy shit. I'm like, way too steep. I'm way too. Yeah. A lot of times you're waiting too shallow and you're not even,

like, getting out to the edge. I literally sharpen this thing every single day, like and I've got to the point where, like, I'm, like, it's about back day too. Not even, like, I don't send them back until all this. Array is gone. Oh, gotcha. But I've been getting good at this. This is thick for his short as latest. Leather skeletal tool very blade very thick blade, and it's not a real easy blade sharpen, but I got... I've gotten really good at it over the years.

And does it hold an edge for... I mean, it did hold of edge for weeks if you're, like, a normal. Person that carries a pocket knife for around, but I use this thing as a pry bar. Yeah. Like I'm using it every single day at least 10 times. So it gets hammered on. So I sharpened it every single day. I lost going the other, but I just got that. This less winter. Matt nice fancy bench made. But I like that blade. Yeah. I've been wanting 1 of those for a while. Os design bench made.

Jed gets super wound up about every time a freaking squirrel He's grabbing 1 of the pellet guns and running out there and then so the dog does too. He's learned like, especially if jets, tuned in. Like, here's a squirrel he'll go run over there and treat it, like, sit at the base of the tree and running around right then and then, like, is you're getting set up to shoot it or jed like, shooting at? He'll, like, he'll bark at you he's like, come on. Where does he grab it when it falls?

Oh, yeah. But he... He's gotten to wear, like, he doesn't that hang on to. Like, he'll he'll grab... If it's if it's alive, he'll grab it, like, trash it a little bit, but he won't...
