January 4th 2022 * My Relationship With Alcohol

It's not often I finish recording an episode and think "Wow, that was a great one!" but today was exactly that. It's 2 hours and 21 minutes about my relationship with alcohol. And depression. Because of course they are more closely interwoven than the kevlar fibers on a bulletproof vest. A lot of people have reached out lately telling me I've inspired them on their own journeys of sobriety. So I laid mine all out right here.
