Join us to hear Patrick Dougherty, Dean of Faculty, and Professor of Literature and History, at Akita International University in Japan. He is also Past President and founding member of Teachers Helping Teachers, a voluntary organization teacher professional development organization that provides free PD and annual conferences in Bangladesh, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Kazakhstan.
