It makes me so sad to hear people speak this way about themselves and spread such a harmful message. In today's episode, I share my experience with disordered eating and exercise, as well as tips to avoid triggers and help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body. I hope today's episode serves as a reminder that your body is never the problem, your mindset and negative relationship is.
