The Most Powerful Man in Okeechobee

A private detective in Miami receives a call from a man in Okeechobee who says he's in fear for his life. The man's name was Charles McArthur. Charles is a millionaire, the president of one the largest independent dairy farms in the state, and in the early stages of planning a run for governor and eventually president of the United States. But three days after that call to the private detective, Charles McArthur was found shot dead in Okeechobee.
