Lauren Smith-Fields died on December 12, 2021. She had been on a first date with a man she met on Bumble, his name has not been released. He reported her death to police, but for unknown reasons, he does not appear to be a suspect in her death. Her family feels police are not taking her death seriously, and have even paid for their own autopsy.

Katelynn Berry, 26, has been missing from Sidney, Montana since December 21st, 2021. She seems to have vanished without a trace. Her phone, wallet, medication, and jacket are all inside her apartment.

A Rexburg man dubbed the “Sunday Bandit” by his neighbors pleaded guilty to felony indecent exposure as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. Cody Polatis, 26, admitted to exposing himself to three young girls on July 12 at the Warm Slough boat area in Madison County. This is the latest in a string of crimes committed by Cody in the last 8 years.
