Dennis Nilsen is a Scottish serial killer who encouraged his victims to follow him willingly. He murdered at least twelve young men and boys between...At home, he would get them drunk until they passed out and then strangle them, usually with a necktie. Once the victim was killed, he would bathe their body, shave off all the chest hair and usually dress them in socks and underwear.
