Jacob Blakes & Civil Unrest in general

This episode talks about the recent shooting of Jacob Blakes. Blake’sis the young unarmed black father from Kenosha WI that was confronted by police while trying to help break up a domestic dispute. He was shot in front of his sons and is now facing a life filled with physical struggles due to the shooting leaving him paralyzed. Also on the chopping block is the fact that within society, in general, there is a complete state of civil unrest that we living in "White America" face on a daily basis. What should we do to prepare ourselves and how should we conduct ourselves in what is once again becoming the "norm" when it comes to be handled and handling ourselves while out in the community?
