Episode description
The police officer came to America's attention at the height of the Centennial Olympic Park bombing in 1996. Though the media got the idea that he was the culprit, he was actually working as a security guard and was eventually exonerated. Eric Rudolph, the actual perpetrator, evaded capture until 2003, pleading guilty two years later. Jewell died in 2007 at the age of 44.
