The third episode of TritonLake Perform features Lucy Mulhall, the captain of the Ireland Women’s Sevens team. In this episode, Lucy talks about how she got her start in rugby after originally hailing from a GAA background, her journey to captain of the Ireland Women’s Sevens team and how she has developed her leadership skills in this role, with the help of her teammates. Lucy also looks at her time with the 15s rugby team and explores the importance of team values and learning from the skills and strengths of others before taking a look at the valuable lessons she has learned throughout her rugby career.
