Back in early December, I was readying for the launch of my psychedelic podcast, TRIP ON THIS, when fear began to creep in.
I was embarking on something new and the unknown was beginning to take hold. Meditation, yoga, positive self talk were only doing so much...so I decided to go deeper. After all, I was launching a podcast about psychedelics. Seemed fitting -- and no doubt, it was.
The experience was beautiful, emotional, and truly everything that I needed. I realized about 2-3 hours into my trip that I was also "taking a trip" along my chakras. Releasing the needed blocks and emotions that corresponded with each. It was incredible. I've had many psychedelic trips in my life but never had I experienced this in particular.
I hope you enjoy this story. And for anyone out there who's thinking of starting something new and scared about where to be even begin, take this as your sign. :) Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear.
