Episode description

Most of us have heard of Tai Chi. In recent years the western world has become more familiar with this form of exercise for balance and vitality for grown ups and elders, but what about our children? Please join my special guest, Cari Shurman, founder of Tai Chi for Kids. She has taken this ancient form and adapted it for children of all ages to release stress, increase focus, stillness and inner balance in the classrooms and at home.

Hosts: Christina Souza Ma with special guest Cari Shurman – airing on Wednesdays @ 11am PT (2pm ET).
